I want to change the way coaching is done! I WANT to be hands on with my clients. I WANT to hear from my ladies about anything. We check in through emails, and my 1-1 clients chat with me through text nearly daily! I genuinely CARE about my clients and want them to succeed with whatever goals they choose to have! You are more than a number here. I want to ensure you are making progress in a healthy way. I preach macros over meal plans so we can empower ourselves to be flexible throughout family events, curve balls, and celebrations. I want to change your life forever to help you LOVE your life through what you eat, through your workouts, and through making the progress you’ve dreamed of.

For lifestyle and prep clients alike, I preach finding that empowerment that comes with tracking macros! From our macros, we can create daily meal plans that we enjoy to help us stick to our  macros daily, but then also have the knowledge and flexibility to eat a meal off our “plan” if needed.

 

TRAINING FOR YOUR GOALS

Whether you’re a beginner when it comes to lifting or you’ve been lifting for years; whether you’re lifting in a large gym, small gym, or at home; WE can design a program that works for your life, your body, your level, and your goals. From body weight to bands only to full gyms, the programs I design are completely customized to YOU! Your lifts should be updated AS FREQUENTLY as your body needs! Switching from band only lifts to gym lifts? Let’s get you a new protocol designed! Going from a growth phase to a cut phase? Let’s get you a new protocol designed!

 
 

COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT

You DESERVE to be heard, seen, and taken care of! With my 1-1 coaching, this is exactly what I ensure happens! We do email check-ins with pictures and data collection TWICE A WEEK. I will check in on you throughout the week via text to ENSURE you’re staying on track and hitting our goals. Need specific accountability towards food, lifts, or cardio? I WILL BE THERE FOR YOU! We do WEEKLY team zoom calls and individual calls as needed throughout the month. So even though this is an online coaching experience, I want you to feel like I am with you every step of the journey.

 

How does coaching work?

Ask yourself a few questions to get this journey started. What are you looking for when it comes to coaching? Are you someone who needs weekly or more accountability in order to stay to the plan? Are you needing nutrition and workout advice? Are you ready to commit your time, mental energy, and finances?

1-1 Coaching is very hands on coaching with two check-ins per week.

How to get started: 

  1. Apply: Fill out the application for 1-1 coaching! I am looking for ladies who are eager to put in as much energy and effort as I do! When filling out the application, be ready to be as open, upfront, and honest as possible! The more details you can include, the better I can serve you! Fill out the application here.

  2. Application Selection: Within a few days, you will know if your application was selected to move onto the next steps! Finding the best fits possible is very important! I understand that not everyone will be ready for this type of program. Everyone who applies will receive an email from me either way within a few days of application.

  3. Call Scheduling: If your application is selected to move on with the coaching process, you will be asked to schedule a 1-1 video call through ZOOM. This will be done through a link sent via email.

  4. Call Completion: During the call, be ready to talk about your goals, dieting and training history, stressors in your life, and anything else that is part of your life that could impact hitting our goals!

  5. Complete Onboarding: Once you’ve decided to join the team, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire along with our Joining the Team Ebook which will explain how to complete our 3 day tracking form (that watches how your body responds to what you’re already eating and dong throughout the day), how to send your first set of check in pictures, how to complete your first payment, and how to send in various other starting items. 

  6. Receive your program: After all of the onboarding process has been completed, I will begin designing your training program and macro recommendations that are customized for YOU! Recommendations will be sent out via email to begin ASAP. Then each client will check in TWICE a week via email.
